I was shocked by the tiny shower that felt like a coffin, not to mention the cleaning crew barged in twice, despite my sign. Honestly, I expected some sort of service recovery, perhaps a complimentary upgrade after all that chaos. If I weren't so annoyed, I might've almost given a good review.

We really enjoyed the spacious room, perfect for our family and nephew. The location was fantastic, only a short stroll to Gran Via and lots of local eateries. The hosts were friendly, and we loved the nearby bullfighting venue that added to our Madrid experience.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger bathroom would’ve been great for our family.
